Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation
that also promotes healing. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.
Reiki can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels: physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness. Energy work helps in alignment, healing and balancing of the body through removal of any unwanted blockage of flow to the bodies chakras.

What is expected in a Reiki session with Dr. Bindu?
A session is offered to a fully clothed recipient, lying comfortably on a treatment table. Reiki is offered through palm on or light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso.

With the help from my spirit guides, gift of intuit and energy reading, I will work towards aiding the healing process and removal of any blockage for your higher good. At times I may receive information or advise from your spirit guides or past on loved ones for your clarity towards your spiritual path.

It is important to understand that Reiki is a complementary healing modality which is very safe and gentle. It works in conjunction with medical or wellness treatment and is used as an aid to your on going treatment or therapy. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
Reiki energy is not limited to or bounded by time and space and can be sent to anyone with positive intention. I can connect to anyone, anywhere around the world with the gift of intuit and direction from my spirit guides. Distant Reiki is a very powerful and beautiful way to receive healing of the mind, body and spirit. Removing all stresses and blockages that maybe within, giving more clarity, peace and love towards a happy and abundant life.
